Pope County is where our story as kids, parents, and business owners all traces back to. This is where our families rooted themselves, and where we always hoped our own children would grow up.

When we started our business in 1999, life looked very different. We had three young boys at home and another on the way. Starting a business at that moment came with plenty of uncertainty, but we believed in this community and in the values we were raised with.

Those early years were full of long days, late nights, and a lot of uncertainty. We stayed committed to helping families find their homes and land, and to making sure people felt protected no matter what life brought their way. Looking back now, we are grateful beyond words that so many people trusted us during those beginning stages.

Today, more than 25 years later, that gratitude has only grown. From our offices in Starbuck and Glenwood, on both ends of the lake that has shaped so much of our lives, we feel thankful every day for the people of Pope County who have supported us, encouraged us, and allowed us to be part of their stories.

To those who have been with us since the early days and to the families we continue to serve, thank you for believing in us. It has been one of the greatest honors of our lives to help this community feel at home.
